Site Based – Commutable from Windermere, Kendal, Sedbergh, Grange-over-Sands, Ambleside, Milnthorpe and surrounding areas.
Are you an Electrical, Controls, Instrumentation, or similar background looking to massively develop your skillset in a highly autonomous role within a niche specialist, with continuous training and mentoring, becoming the go‑to engineer within a close‑knit team?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to continue your development as an engineer through specialist training and mentoring. You will be able to take the technical lead as the go‑to engineer, showcasing your skillset and working with a team of experts in a niche field.
This company supplies specialist manufactured products to a range of industries worldwide. With a global presence and multiple UK sites, it maintains a fantastic team culture and invests heavily in its staff. The role is part of a site‑based position that focuses on the continued smooth operation of the manufacturing site.
In this broad and interesting position you will be massively invested in through mentorship and continued training, becoming a fully fledged ECI engineer.
Responsibilities- Electrical fault finding, maintenance and service of heavy manufacturing equipment
- Days Based:
Monday to Friday - Mentorship / Training into Controls, PLCs & ECI
- Electrically qualified engineer
- Experience in Electrical, Controls or Instrumentation – PLCs, sensors, automation or similar
- UK Driver’s licence
