• Teach English to Year 7 - Year 10 students
• Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons
• Support students in developing their reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Supportive leadership team and welcoming staff community
• Strong focus on staff development and wellbeing
• Well-behaved pupils who are eager to learn
• A collaborative English department with shared resources

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passion for inspiring young people through literature and language
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
