Odyssey Family Practice is a PA-owned, PA-led medical practice seeking a Physician Associate (PA) to join our growing team in Alaska. This role is primarily Family Practice with rotational Urgent Care coverage. We prioritize work-life balance, clinical autonomy, and strong team support.
You’ll join a collaborative group of four experienced PAs in a well-established practice serving a close-knit community on the Kenai Peninsula.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Participate in scheduled Urgent Care rotation
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Document efficiently using eClinical
Works (eCW) EMR - Collaborate with PAs, clinical staff, and leadership
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Licensed or license-eligible Physician Associate (PA) in Alaska
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred - but not required (Family Practice and/or Urgent Care)
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently with team support
- Experience with eClinical
Works preferred but not required
