Caregiver – Longview, WA (Kelso, Woodland, Castle Rock, etc.)

Salary: $22.63 – $26.97 per hour (flexible part‑time & full‑time).

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving multicultural and multilingual communities throughout Western Washington.

As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care, daily living assistance, companionship, and support to clients in their homes, following individualized care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Prepare nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor health indicators, report changes to supervising nurses, and maintain health records.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.
• Transport clients to appointments when necessary.

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to obtain home‑care worker certification within a specified timeframe.
• Clean criminal background check and positive reference check.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous caregiver or related experience (preferred).
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Full‑time or part‑time positions. No minimum hours; you determine your preferred days, times, and locations.
