Position: Administrator/ Office Reception

Our client in Kelso are looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to support their busy office staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking appointments and maintaining appointments diary.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting invoicing processes.
  • Liaising with the team to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an administrative and office reception role.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • 'Can do' attitude and exceptional customer support.

This is a full-time, Mon to Fri, office-based role on a temporary basis. £13.50 ph PAYE (accruing holiday pay separately) // £15.13ph PAYE Adv (including holiday pay) THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE START
