AM Dock Sorter

Our client, in the logistics field, is seeking an AM Dock Sorter to join their team.

Job Title: AM Dock Sorter

Location:

Kelowna, BC

Shift: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $19/hour

What’s the Job?

• Sort parcels and pallets by route accurately and efficiently;
• Ensure all freight is properly scanned and localized in the system;
• Stage deliveries in the designated areas for drivers’ departures;
• Assist with trailer unloading upon arrival;
• Verify shipment integrity and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure proper scanner usage and accurate data entry;
• Maintain temperature-control compliance when handling temperature-sensitive shipments;

What’s Needed?

• Experience in warehouse, dock, or logistics operations
• Ability to lift and move parcels and pallets safely; lifting up to 50lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency
