Our client is looking for an Associate Financial Advisor to join their team. This advisor will support the development of the organization through business development and portfolio management of life, group, and wealth management customers. The Associate Financial Advisor will prospect and sell across all lines of business, making informed product recommendations, while managing existing accounts for growth opportunities and to address customer questions or concerns.

They will contribute to the development of annual marketing plans, outlining strategies and activities for individual and organizational success.

To be successful in this position, you should have your mutual fund license and life license, as well as having a financial planning designation or you are working towards it. Proven experience in a sales or marketing position, along with knowledge of wealth management and insurance products are required. Strong communication, organization, time management, decision making, and interpersonal skills will be essential to success in this role.

Strong computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work collaboratively are also required.

A generous compensation package, which includes base plus commission, will be determined based on the candidates’ qualifications and experience.
