• Managing your Server section while working as a team.
• Speaking confidently about our food, wine and beverage program.
• Keeping the workplace tidy.
• Behave and communicate professionally and respectfully with your colleagues.

• Seasonal from mid‑May to Thanksgiving with opportunities for longer term employment
• 3 to 5‑day work week
• 5 to 8‑hour shifts
• Opportunities within the larger company
• Wage: $17.40 per hour plus gratuities

• At least two‑years serving experience
• WSET or equal is a bonus
