Role: Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Penticton, BC

Contract: January 1, 2026 – April 1, 2026

Shifts: 12-hour shifts | 07:00–19:00 & 19:00–07:00

We are seeking an experienced Long-Term Care RN to support residents in a compassionate, resident-centred care environment. This role is ideal for nurses who value continuity of care, strong clinical assessments, and collaborative teamwork.

• Active RN registration in British Columbia.
• Minimum 1 year of Canadian nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care-planning skills
• Ability to manage complex care needs in an LTC setting

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to LTC residents
• Conduct assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Accommodation provided for the full duration of the assignment
• Travel allowance included
• Travel time paid at regular hourly rate (capped at 7.5 hours each way
