About

The Role

Help Build the Future of Healthcare Infrastructure

Healthcare infrastructure is some of the most complex — and meaningful — work in the construction and project management world.

We're looking for a Project Manager in British Columbia who thrives on leading complex capital projects and building strong client relationships.

In this role, you'll help lead the delivery of major healthcare and institutional projects, including hospitals and long-term care facilities. These projects directly impact patient care and community wellbeing — and require thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and strategic project oversight.

You’ll work alongside a team of experienced professionals delivering high‑impact projects for institutional clients, ensuring every project is delivered with precision, transparency, and excellence.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

Not all project management roles offer the chance to shape healthcare infrastructure. This one does.

Meaningful impact

Your work contributes to healthcare environments that serve communities for decades.

Complex, high-value projects

Client‑facing leadership

You’ll act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for healthcare clients.

Collaborative team environment

Work with experienced project leaders and consultants across complex institutional projects.

Career development support

Professional growth, mentorship, and support for certifications like PMP are actively encouraged.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as the client's primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead healthcare capital projects from planning through construction
  • Manage consultants, contractors, and institutional stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations
  • Lead project and site meetings to resolve issues and coordinate stakeholders
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality management processes
  • Monitor project progress through schedules, financial tracking, and status reporting
  • Manage change management processes, payment certificates, and project documentation
  • Support business development efforts and the pursuit of new healthcare capital projects
What We're Looking For Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience representing owners or institutional clients
  • Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare or long‑term care capital projects
Project Types (Preferred)

Experience in projects such as:

  • Hospitals or acute care facilities

Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of project management best practices
  • Experience managing multi‑stakeholder infrastructure or construction projects
  • Proficiency with MS Project or scheduling tools

Soft Skills
