Senior Project Manager

General Contractor

Residential Multifamily & Commercial

Kelowna, BC

$135,000 - $170,000

Key Responsibilities as the Senior Project Manager:

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

• Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and procurement

• Support and lead Superintendents and project teams

• Maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships

• Oversee cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks

• Lead project closeout, handover, and post project reviews

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred

Experience

• 10 plus years of experience in construction project management

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven experience managing large, complex, or high value projects

Project Type

• Experience with residential, multi family, and commercial projects

• Familiar with multiple delivery methods, including Construction Management, Design Build, and Stipulated Sum

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and cost controls

• Experience with project management and document control systems

• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail

Technical Skills

• Procore

• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools

• Microsoft Excel

• Contract management, RFIs, submittals, change management, and reporting software

Leadership & Communication

• Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams

• Strong client facing communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to make clear, timely decisions

Organization & Accountability

• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills

Results driven with a high level of accountability

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
