** What this job involves:
**** JLL is hiring a team member to provide janitorial services at Cherry Lane Shopping Centre. A primary focus of this role will be ensuring the food court is kept clean and tidy for guests.
**** The typical shift is Wednesday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm, Saturday 8:30am to 4:30pm and Sunday is 10am to 6pm.  Hours may fluctuate throughout the year depending on the team and shopping centre's requirements.
**** What your day-to-day will look like:
*** Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, shampooing or vacuuming
* Gather and empty trash and recycling.
* Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
* Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
* Operate vacuums, sweepers and other equipment as usually associated with janitorial services.
* Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees using appropriate solutions, tools and equipment.
* Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
* Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, to clean under them either manually or by using hand trucks.
* Clear debris from grounds.
* Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs and assist as needed.

* Required Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent is an asset
* Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
* Willingness to learn
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability work evening and weekends and flexibility to provide coverage as needed.
** Estimated compensation for this position:
** 40,000.00 – 42,000.00 CAD per year
* This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
