Overview
We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to support their growing Salesforce practice.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across sales, delivery, and executive leadership.
The Opportunity
As a Salesforce Solution Engineer, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers throughout the sales lifecycle. You will partner closely with Account Executives to drive solution strategy, lead discovery engagements, architect compelling demonstrations, and position Lirik as a strategic transformation partner.
This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, business acumen, storytelling ability, and executive presence.
You will also play a key role in building scalable pre-sales assets, repeatable demo environments, and shaping Lirik’s Salesforce go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead deep discovery sessions to uncover business drivers, root causes, and transformation opportunities
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution architectures
- Develop and deliver compelling, value-driven demonstrations tailored to executive and operational stakeholders
- Design end-to-end solution strategies spanning multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrations
- Collaborate with delivery teams to validate feasibility, scope, and implementation approach
- Support RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation
- Influence deal strategy, pricing alignment, and scope definition
- Build reusable demo assets and accelerators to support practice growth
- Serve as a thought leader internally and externally within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Help shape and expand Lirik’s Salesforce practice
- 10+ years in IT consulting, enterprise software, or solution architecture
- 5+ years in Salesforce pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering
- 3+ years in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry (HLS)
- Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience supporting multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
- Strong experience building demo environments and solution prototypes
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- Experience collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful handoff
- Salesforce certifications and other industry / technical certifications
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business value
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
