Accountabilities:

  • Design end-to-end, mobile-first user experiences that enhance collaboration between brands and creators.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to explore concepts, validate hypotheses, and build high-impact features.
  • Create detailed UX deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and interaction flows.
  • Lead user testing efforts and use both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions.
  • Ensure consistent design across platforms using a robust design system maintained in collaboration with developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-quality implementation across web and mobile.
  • Measure the success of design initiatives and iterate to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented design culture within the team
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products with a strong focus on mobile UX
  • Proficiency in user-centered design practices, including research, wire framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Strong visual design skills and the ability to create consistent experiences across multiple platforms
  • Experience leading complex projects in agile, fast-paced environments
  • Solid understanding of front-end development principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
  • Familiarity with interaction design for both web and native mobile applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across departments
  • Passion for building inclusive, accessible experiences that support users of all abilities
