What You’ll Be Doing
Lead by example in clinical chairside assisting, with strong knowledge of instrumentation and procedures.
Build genuine, trusting relationships with patients while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
Prepare treatment rooms in line with infection control, health, and safety protocols.
Support smooth clinical flow and contribute to a calm, confident patient experience.
Act as a clinical resource and informal mentor to support team success.

About You
Registered and/or Certified Dental Assistant with your provincial regulatory body is required.
Previous dental assisting experience required.
Ready to step into a lead role and grow with a practice that values your expertise.
