What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead by example in clinical chairside assisting, with strong knowledge of instrumentation and procedures.

• Build genuine, trusting relationships with patients while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.

• Prepare treatment rooms in line with infection control, health, and safety protocols.

• Support smooth clinical flow and contribute to a calm, confident patient experience.

• Act as a clinical resource and informal mentor to support team success.

About You

• Registered and/or Certified Dental Assistant with your provincial regulatory body is required.

• Previous dental assisting experience required.

• Ready to step into a lead role and grow with a practice that values your expertise.
