Member service representative

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, hard‑working individual who can handle a variety of tasks in our fitness facility. Excellent customer service, task prioritization, and strong communication skills are essential. This role is usually a solo shift, but we encourage teamwork and mutual support.

• Member interactions: welcoming guests, touring, and discussing membership options.
• Answering phone calls and taking appropriate actions.
• Preparing smoothies.
• Front desk attendance and light laundry.
• Maintaining front desk, pro shop, restrooms, and workout areas.
• Entering memberships and selling retail items.
• Inventory management and document tracking.

• Basic math skills.
• Computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Retail cash-handling experience is an asset.

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
