Guest Services Associate - Spring​/Summer

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, check‑in/out, issue keys, provide information on amenities and local attractions, handle requests (transport, dining).
• Administrative Tasks: Manage phone calls, emails, guest records, bookings, and occasionally mail and deliveries.
• Financial Transactions: Process payments (cash, card), balance cash drawers, and post charges to guest accounts.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest issues and complaints calmly and effectively, escalating complex problems to management.
• Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
