Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to OEM standardsAccurately complete multi-point inspections and recommend required servicesWork closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear and effective communication with customersComplete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanshipConduct post-repair test drives and quality control checksMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport the team through collaboration and mentorshipPerformance Essentials
