The Drive Ahead
Wash, vacuum, and polish vehicles to a showroom‑ready standardInspect vehicles for damage and report findings to managementOrganize and maintain the lot, ensuring vehicles are properly displayedApply dealership branding to vehicles and ensure fuel levels are ready for deliveryAssist with vehicle movement, dealer trades, and inventory organizationMaintain cleanliness of work areas and assist with light groundskeeping as neededPerformance Essentials
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipAbility to work independently in a fast‑paced environmentPhysically able to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and liftingExperience with vehicle detailing processes is an assetValid driver’s license with a clear abstract; ability to drive manual and automatic vehiclesFull-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)Bannister Accessories
