Fountain Tire Kelowna is an established automotive repair shop and we are looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative
.

Primary Responsibilities

• Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians.
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales and complete customer follow up.
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received.
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers.
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhere to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts.

What does it take to get on track?

• Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset.
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial driver’s abstract.
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must.
• A team player who takes pride in their work.
