Accounts Payable Clerk

Wildstone Construction is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Accounting Team in our Penticton office. In this role, you’ll support our Accounts Payable function by making sure vendor invoices are recorded and processed accurately.

• Enter, code, and verify a high volume of invoices for accuracy and proper approval
• Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Site Teams and Vendors
• Assist in managing the AP inbox and answering AP-related phone calls
• Assist with credit card entries and credit card statement reconciliations
• Perform data entry for various accounting functions
• Provide backup relief for reception phone during absences or vacations as needed

  You’ll have the chance to pick up new skills and pitch in during busy times or vacations—giving you exposure to different parts of the accounting process.

The salary for this role is between $50k and $58k per year depending on experience.
