This role involves working at elevation on commercial buildings and requires individuals who are not afraid of heights, demonstrate strong work ethics, and are committed to delivering exceptional results. • Safely perform high‑rise and mid‑rise window cleaning using rope access, building maintenance units, ladders, and water‑fed pole systems.
• Operate professional cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, soft‑wash systems, and basic window‑cleaning tools.
• Follow strict safety protocols and rope‑access procedures at all times.
• Maintain gear, equipment, and work areas in clean and organized condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and strong communication.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
• Participate in required training and ongoing skill development.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Not afraid of heights; comfortable working on ropes and elevated structures.
• Drug-free and able to pass pre‑employment screening.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.

• Advancement to $25–$30/hr as certifications and logged hours progress.
