OverviewWe are looking for a dependable, safety-minded High‑Rise Window Cleaning Technician to join our professional team. This role involves working at elevation on commercial buildings and requires individuals who are not afraid of heights, demonstrate strong work ethics, and are committed to delivering exceptional results. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to grow their skills within the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Safely perform high‑rise and mid‑rise window cleaning using rope access, building maintenance units, ladders, and water‑fed pole systems.
- Operate professional cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, soft‑wash systems, and basic window‑cleaning tools.
- Follow strict safety protocols and rope‑access procedures at all times.
- Maintain gear, equipment, and work areas in clean and organized condition.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and strong communication.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
- Participate in required training and ongoing skill development.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Not afraid of heights; comfortable working on ropes and elevated structures.
- Drug-free and able to pass pre‑employment screening.
- Team‑player with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work in varying conditions.
- Paid rope‑access training, with SPRAT Level 1 certification within 90 days .
- Advancement to $25–$30/hr as certifications and logged hours progress.
- Paid industry certifications.
- 30/60/90‑day growth ladder with raises tied to new skills.
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
- Paid Time Off (PTO).
