Job Summary: The Associate is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations. They acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented, prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies, intercept consumers, demonstrate products in a professional manner, and maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.

• Acquire and maintain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact with, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
• Properly set up and prepare the event table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on the same day as event execution.
• Access the internet, navigate company electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook, and view assigned documents including Microsoft Word & Adobe PDF forms.

• Education / Experience: High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

  Proficient in use and navigation on a personal computer or mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical Demands: Stand and walk during the shift; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms up to 65 inches; talk and hear; read instructions; stoop, kneel, squat, climb or step ladder; balance; lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds); push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart fully loaded; prepare foods and beverages using required appliances;
