Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
The member assistant – cart attendant is a role focused on keeping the parking lot and member experience orderly and efficient. You will help members with purchases, ensure carts are available, and assist with loading vehicles. This position requires you to be on your feet and active in all weather conditions.
What you will do
- Ensure members see a well-kept parking lot and have carts ready and available
- Assist members with purchases and support creating a positive member experience
- Help members load their vehicles and transport items as needed
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Provide exceptional customer service across the club and answer member questions
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness and assist with cart retrieval and organization

- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills and a focus on member satisfaction
- Problem-solving ability to tackle obstacles and complete tasks with excellence
- Willingness to perform safety-related tasks and follow company policies
