How you'll contribute

* Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.

* Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.

* Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.

* Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.

* Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

What we're looking for Passionate for Patient Care Nurse that is dedicated to support the team to provide the best care possible

* Graduate of accredited licensed practical/vocational program.

* Current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.

* CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.

* IV Certified required or obtained within 6 months highly preferred.

* Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
