A leading home health services provider in the Keller area is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant. In this role, you will implement care plans collaboratively with the care team, educate patients on safety, and work independently. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy and a BLS/CPR certification. Experience in home health is preferred, along with a valid Texas Driver's License and knowledge of Well Sky EMR software.
