Our Field Team consists of Coaches and Guides who establish connections with members and create inclusive in‑person communities at our Studio locations. They inspire members to develop healthy habits by teaching them how to eat healthier while still enjoying favorite foods, move more, sleep better, and shift their mindset.

• Deliver an exceptional studio experience, creating a welcoming environment for members including check‑ins, enrolling members in the system, and processing their information.
• Build strong connections in the community, seeking partnership opportunities, attracting new members, and creating brand awareness through WW representation at internal and external community events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing support, tools, or products that help members succeed.
• Ensure guidelines are followed for each workshop and maintain studio operations, including stocking shelves with products.

• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent at active listening and able to provide assistance to members.
• Social media savvy or an active content creator.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part‑time schedule.

Base salary may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program. US pay range: $15–$18 USD per hour.
