This is a full-time, on-site Utility Estimator role based in the North Fort Worth (Keller) area. The Utility Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for underground utility installation projects, analyzing project specifications, reviewing blueprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project efficiency. Responsibilities include determining project timelines, assessing material and labor requirements, managing budgets, and participating in bids and negotiations.

The successful candidate will also maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Strong understanding of underground utility installations, including water, storm, sewer, firelines, and underground detention systems
• Proficiency in creating detailed cost estimates, preparing bids, and managing project budgets
• Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams, clients, and vendors
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in the construction industry, with a focus on civil and underground utilities, is preferred.
