Wages + Commission: $30–$35+/hour
Sales Partners have the potential to earn an average of $60,000 or more in total compensation during their first year, combining hourly wages and commissions when consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities- Lead by example on the sales floor, helping customers discover wireless solutions while coaching your team to deliver the BeMobile Sales Process consistently.
- Coach and develop the team in real-time, guiding conversations that build confidence, problem-solving skills, and growth.
- Proactively connect with customers through outreach tools and campaigns to drive traffic, build loyalty, and spark referrals.
- Elevate the customer experience by resolving escalations, tracking feedback, and ensuring a memorable, 5-star impression.
- Manage cash and inventory with precision, including transactions, promotions, device security, and inventory controls.
- Keep operations running smoothly by handling HR tasks, inventory counts, community involvement, and compliance, while supporting Store Leader and district initiatives.
- Serve as the bridge between sales partners and leadership to empower the team to grow and achieve goals while ensuring smooth store operations.
- All-Inclusive Sales Training: learn effective techniques to master the BeMobile Sales Process.

- 18 years of age or older
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in wireless or tech
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed performance goals
- Ability to motivate and coach team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
