• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Manage freight and placement of merchandise on the sales floor and in backrooms based on business needs.
• Set and maintain visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting rooms, guest service, and the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely at all times and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel and related products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stay focused and calm in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures as needed for duties such as Drive-Up or stocking.
