Overview

Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) at Global Partners LP. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties implemented by management.
  • Coach employees with constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
  • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
  • Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
  • Ensure 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
  • Be responsible for all cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
  • Always replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
  • Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be efficient and organized.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to access all areas of the store; ability to reach, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
  • Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outside, etc.).
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
