Food Service Clerk - Part Time

Responsible for preparing food to corporate specifications to promote optimal opportunity for sales, while maintaining a clean and sanitized workstation in accordance with corporate and state regulations.

Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times. Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customers upon fulfilling requests. Responsible for sampling and suggestive selling. End each customer transaction with a “Thank You”. Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards. Cook and finish food within company standards. Ensure accuracy of customer special orders.

Merchandise all food products within company guidelines. Adhere to all corporate, state and federal rules and regulations. Adhere to corporate uniform policy. Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures. Maintain cold case logs, hot food logs and cooling logs consistent with store policy. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Exposure to cold environment: constant 5–8 hours.

Exposure to hot environment: constant 5–8 hours.

Lifting frequent: 3–5 hours up to 50 lbs.

Lifting constant: 5–8 hours up to 25 lbs.

Lifting occasional: 1–3 hours up to 10 lbs.

Lifting occasional: 1–3 hours up to 100 lbs.

Pivoting constant: 5–8 hours.

Pushing/pulling constant: 5–8 hours up to 25 lbs.

Pushing/pulling occasional: 1–3 hours up to 50 lbs.

Squatting/kneeling constant: 5–8 hours.
