To be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet our guests’ expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars.

• Greet guests with eye contact and a friendly demeanor; say “Thank” to each guest served.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.
• Project a professional appearance in accordance with dress code and grooming policy.
• Work safely and maintain a neat and clean work area in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Fill guest orders with care and efficiency (bagging groceries, price checks, loading carts and carry outs).
• Operate the bottle return area in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain sufficient stock of front-end supplies.
• Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Strong communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be reliable. Basic literacy and basic computer skills. Satisfactory performance reviews.
