Full-Time / Part-Time | Weekends required Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 yearly

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail appliance team. You’ll help customers choose the right appliances for their home, explain features and benefits, and work with our in-house service team to ensure every sale leads to long-term satisfaction.

This is a non-pushy, education-first sales environment. If you're friendly, organized, and love helping people, we’d love to meet you.

• Greet customers and provide expert product guidance
• Learn appliance brands, models, and features
• Assist with quotes, invoices, and sales processing
• Follow up on leads and support long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with delivery, service, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and stocked

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred (appliances a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Willingness to learn and be part of a collaborative team
• Basic computer and POS system skills
