Summary
To be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet our guests’ expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars.
Responsibilities- Greet guests and make eye contact; thank each guest served.
- Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.
- Project a professional appearance in accordance with dress code and grooming policy.
- Work safely and maintain a neat and clean work area in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Fill guest orders with care and efficiency (bagging groceries, price checks, loading carts and carry outs).
- Operate the bottle return area in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels on Front End supplies.
- Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be reliable.
- Basic literacy and basic computer skills.
- Satisfactory performance reviews.
