GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) — T2120

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks and assisting guests in a welcoming manner to solve their needs.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment certified for moving merchandise or store fixtures (as certified).
• Execute price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethics, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders as required
• Scan, move, and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout)
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
