Job Requirements / Qualifications- Minimum 2 years recent Medical-Surgical RN experience (Med/Surg RN)
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact RN license (must be uploaded with profile)
- American Heart Association BLS (required)
- American Heart Association ACLS (required)
- Experience with Epic EMR (required)
- Ability to float to Thompson Unit and Kingsbury Custodial patients as needed
- Traveler must have reliable personal vehicle
- Signed supervisory reference from past two years required
- Medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers)
- Coordinate and deliver total nursing care for adult and geriatric medical-surgical patients
- Provide patient and family education focused on medical-surgical conditions and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and ancillary services to maintain high standards of clinical practice
- Float to other units (Thompson Unit and Kingsbury Custodial patients) as directed
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic EMR
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and professional dress code (professional scrubs, no logos)
- Compassionate, adaptive RNs with strong Med/Surg clinical judgment and night-shift experience
- Experience in adult and geriatric nursing, patient education, and interdisciplinary communication
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced hospital environment
