• Minimum 2 years recent Medical-Surgical RN experience (Med/Surg RN)
• Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact RN license (must be uploaded with profile)
• American Heart Association BLS (required)
• American Heart Association ACLS (required)
• Experience with Epic EMR (required)
• Ability to float to Thompson Unit and Kingsbury Custodial patients as needed
• Traveler must have reliable personal vehicle
• Signed supervisory reference from past two years required
• Medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers)

• Coordinate and deliver total nursing care for adult and geriatric medical-surgical patients
• Provide patient and family education focused on medical-surgical conditions and discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and ancillary services to maintain high standards of clinical practice
• Float to other units (Thompson Unit and Kingsbury Custodial patients) as directed
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic EMR
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and professional dress code (professional scrubs, no logos)

• Compassionate, adaptive RNs with strong Med/Surg clinical judgment and night-shift experience
• Experience in adult and geriatric nursing, patient education, and interdisciplinary communication
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced hospital environment
