A Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, assesses and monitors patient health, administers medications and treatments, and educates patients and their families on health management. They collaborate with doctors and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols.
