What You NeedActive LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross preferred)
Minimum of 1 year LPN experience in long-term care, rehab, or medical-surgical settings
Strong team collaboration and independent problem-solving skills
Availability to work rotating shifts as scheduled above
