Alpine Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team! Sign-On Bonus:

$6,500 for Full-Time | $3,250 for Part-Time

Available

Shifts:

  • Full Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Per Diem Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
    Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

  • Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.

  • Supervise and support LPNs and LNAs to ensure quality resident outcomes.

  • Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents, families, and staff.

Requirements:
  • Current NH Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

  • Strong clinical and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Genuine passion for caring for seniors and improving quality of life.
