** What You'll Do:*
* + Operate and cycle machines, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality

+ Perform internal and external precision setups

+ Work from engineering drawings, setup charts, and process sequence sheets

+ Select and install proper tooling, including dressing/truing grinding wheels

+ Perform quality inspections and use gaging tools to verify components

+ Maintain and complete accurate process documentation

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (OT available)- 2nd

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM (OT available)- 3rd

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM (OT available)
** Pay:** - 1st

Shift: $21.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience- 2nd

Shift: $24.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience- 3rd

Shift: $24.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience
** Duties / Responsibilities** - Operate and cycle machines while making adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Perform internal and external precision setups
- Work from engineering drawings, setup charts, and process sequence sheets
- Select, install, and adjust tooling including dressing and truing grinding wheels
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections
- Use gauges and measuring tools to verify component accuracy
- Maintain accurate process and production documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, and aerospace manufacturing standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment
** Qualifications** - High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical certifications preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and above-average shop math skills
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail, especially in precision or aerospace environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

** Pay Details:**  $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
