Role PurposeThe Site Integrated Planner plays a critical role in aligning finish‑good production, material availability, and distribution requirements with customer needs and inventory goals. The planner ensures a financially optimized plan that delivers service levels, inventory targets, and supports reliable site operations.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning (PP):
Develop and maintain a detailed SKU production plan (13‑week rolling horizon), balance demand, inventory, material availability, and capacity; identify capacity constraints; define and maintain production parameters (lot sizes, yields, safety stock) and keep master data accurate. - Material Replenishment Planning (MRP):
Create purchase requisitions and orders to ensure materials arrive on time; maintain material planning parameters (MOQ, lead times, safety stock) and keep BOM data accurate. - Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs, perform root‑cause analysis, and own corrective actions for planning issues. - Systems & Process Improvement:
Maintain and improve planning systems for production and material planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field —or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in production, logistics, or material planning within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and planning tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication; collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
- Detail orientation, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Base salary range: $71,930.00 – $98,904.00 (full‑time)
