Local travelers (within 50 miles of the facility) are not eligible. Permanent address must be provided at profile upload to avoid delays. Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted and verified after upload will not be approved. Maximum 5 days (less preferred). Non-billable orientation: 0 hours OT/Holiday multiplier: 1.25x All medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance.
