Mount Prospect Academy's community-based offices provide intensive services to at risk youth and their families in the community. Within the service model, the MPA team is able to work closely with families in their own environment, creating the best possibility for lasting impact. The MPA team is skilled in providing trauma-sensitive treatment and maintains a trauma-informed approach within all operations.

The role of the Permanency Specialist (PS) is to assist clients in strengthening and establishing lifelong connections that will facilitate success throughout their lives. The PS establishes clear treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions. Working as a team to ensure interactions are goal oriented and clinically appropriate. The PS will perform some or all of the following services: provide clinical support for individuals and their families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths and develop support networks that will help them overcome barriers;
provide education and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, and positive communication.
We are looking for a champion in the Keene area! Someone that can work independently, build rapport with referral sources and grow the area.
Benefits Of This Position- Pay range is $48,000-$60,000 (depends on degree, license eligibility, current state license etc).
- Weekly one-hour clinical supervision; licensure supervision is available for qualifying clinicians
