Position: Special Education Teacher Academic Case Manager

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, Day Shift 8:00am – 4:00pm

Salary: Starting at $50,000+ commensurate with experience

What You’ll Do
  • Teach and manage academic programs for students with IEPs
  • Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Use project-based learning and innovative strategies
  • Assess student progress and provide quarterly updates
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Supervise teaching assistants and support curriculum development
What We’re Looking For
  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree and Special Education New Hampshire Teaching License (or enrolled in certification program)
  • Preferred: Experience teaching middle/high school students and working with emotional or behavioral challenges
