Registrar Specialist, Workday Student – Keene State College

This full‑time, benefited term position (funded through June 2027) supports the transition to Workday Student and a new General Education program.

Responsibilities (Total 100%)
  • Translate current course prerequisites from Colleague into Workday Student eligibility rules; build them and conduct data validation and testing.
  • Update existing programs and courses, adjust prerequisites, and build new courses in Colleague and the curriculum management tool (CIM) to prepare for the Fall 2027 implementation.
  • Build the new grading scheme in Colleague and CIM, reprogram grade requirements throughout the curriculum for the new system rollout.
  • Collaborate with the Registrar Specialist, Catalog & Curriculum Management and the Information Systems Specialist to prioritize and execute tasks for successful rollout.
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree + 4 years of experience
  • Proven experience with databases, report writing, and/or programming
  • Creative problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $47,920.00 – $85,410.00. Salary determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Benefits information is available via USNH Employee Benefits.
