Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials for organizational activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executive leadership and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings by notifying members, preparing materials, and accurately recording meeting minutes.
- Assist in maintaining attentive and detail-oriented relationships with the Board of Directors, staff, partner organizations, and community members on behalf of the President.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of executive leadership and organizational governance.
- Collaborate with the Development team to support fundraising operations and donor communications.
- Manage and organize schedules, take and relay messages, and facilitate smooth communication within the organization.
- Prepare and distribute documents for meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Support cross-departmental coordination to align organizational goals with day-to-day operations. Requirements - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Post-secondary training in office organization, communication, or database management is highly desirable.
- At least five years of experience in a role requiring a wide range of administrative skills, including supporting nonprofit boards of directors.
- Prior experience providing executive-level support to senior leadership is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in calendar management, scheduling, and administrative assistance.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle that meets New Hampshire registration and insurance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
