We are looking for either a strong Warehouse Manager or a very experienced Senior Warehouse Operative to help build and run the operation. This is not a pick & pack environment. The operation handles specialist cargo, including flight cases, pallets, and time‑critical freight.

This role suits someone who is hands‑on, operational, and comfortable in a physical, fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Depending on experience, this position can be hired as either:

• Warehouse Manager (10+ years experience)
• Senior Warehouse Operative / Supervisor (strong hands‑on background)

You will be responsible for:

• Day‑to‑day warehouse operations
• Handling flight cases and specialist cargo
• Building, wrapping, weighing, and dimensioning pallets
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Forklift operations
• Maintaining a safe, organised, efficient warehouse
• Supporting a team that is currently new to freight forwarding
• Implementing and maintaining operational standards and processes

If hired at Manager level, you will also:

• Lead and train the team
• Set up processes and workflows
• Ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency
• Be the senior on‑site operational lead

• Experience in a physical, operational warehouse environment
• Experience with:
• Loading / unloading trucks
• Forklifts / pallet trucks
• Handling heavy or specialist items / cases
• Comfortable in a hands‑on, non‑desk‑based role
• Reliable, organised, and operationally strong

• Ideally 10+ years warehouse / logistics experience
• Experience running or leading a warehouse or shift
• Background in freight, logistics, events, aviation, or specialist cargo is a strong advantage
• Solid experience in similar environments
• Ready to step up or take ownership of the operation
• $60,000 – $80,000 base
