• Manage a high volume of trailers entering and exiting the property effectively.
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a strong security presence.
• Monitor surveillance bestimmte cameras and alarm systems to ensure safety.
• Control access to buildings and restricted areas.
• Report any suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies according toík established procedures.
• Complete incident and shift reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations.

• Current SORA License.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security or leadership training is a plus.
• 1+ year’s experience in security.
• Strong observation and communication skills; ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in high‑pressure situations.
• Technology literacy: capable of operating various devices including computers, tablets, and software.
• Proficient in writing reports.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work indoors/outdoors as needed.
• Previous security experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to conduct tours lasting up to one hour.
• Able to work in varying weather conditions.
