LPN Charge Nurse

Facility: Belgrove Rehab and Nursing Center
Position: LPN Charge Nurse
Location: Kearny, NJ
Shift: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $43 per hour

Belgrove Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN Charge Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a compassionate leader committed to delivering high-quality care while supporting residents, families, and staff.

• Manage all open wounds, including cleaning, dressing changes, and proper documentation
• Complete admission assessments and all required paperwork accurately and timely
• Provide education, guidance, and support to residents and their families
• Monitor residents’ conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Enforce infection control policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with facility standards, policies, and quality care protocols
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality regulations

• Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical and wound care skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
• Compassionate bedside manner with leadership capabilities
